In this double issue the Hulk faces off against two evil leaders! Tyrannus, once banished by Merlin a thousand years ago, still plots to take over the Earth. This time by capturing Betty Ross. General Fang a deadly conqueror plans an attack on a small village of Lhasa in his quest for global supremacy.
General Ross hires the Fantastic Four to defeat the Hulk, who he believes to be sabotaging Project 34. Can Banner convince them that it wasn't the Hulk but by a man called the Wrecker!
An invader from space calling himself the Metal Master seeks to rule the Earth, and his power to control metal might be too much for the Hulk alone. He might have to get some help from Rick Jones and his newly formed Teen Brigade!
After framing the Hulk, Loki misdirects the Teen Brigades' distress call to Thor, which is then picked up by Iron Man, Ant-man and the Wasp. They pursue the Hulk and try to reason with him but his trust cannot be easily gained. Meanwhile Thor heads to Asgard in order to avenge Loki's evil deeds.
An alien invader called the Space Phantom can steal any identity. He aims to put the Avengers against each other, paving the way for his people to invade the Earth!
Being too much of a threat to be left to his own devices, the Avengers start a search for the Hulk. He manages to evade them by escaping into the Atlantic Ocean. Where he finds a most unlikely ally, the Sub-mariner!
