	RikerDonegal March 28, 2016 I like how Gerry Conway uses the wedding of Quicksilver & Crystal to generate lovely, reflective moments for Thor, Iron Man and the others. Especially The Human Torch. 9/10

	I guess that old saying is true. "If a giant robot awakens your comatose son while trying to destroy you all, your wife will forget you were the one that put him into a coma." Don't think I ever really understood that one until now. I was really hoping that Quicksilver would come to his senses about his sister in this issue. Oh well, I'll just enjoy him getting kicked in the head.

	None of this is earned. You can't dedicate half an issue to a wedding of a couple whose relationship we've never seen and aren't even slightly invested in. Especially since both of them have barely been around lately and Quicksilver's sole role for a while has been being an utter***to his sister.

	While @rubixcube60 has a point about this wedding seemingly being more than it should've been, I didn't mind it. More attention in the story was paid to the others and their own past love lives. That made it not much more than a clip show but I do enjoy the characters' insights on events happening around them like this. On that level, it's not great, but it's good enough. A few other notes.... The Name Game: Sue called Reed stupid. Oooh, she's growing some backbone now. I like it! Discovery Channel: Crystal may admire Quicksilver's speed, but on their honeymoon, I bet she wants a much slower Pietro. Not that any of this is my business, of course.... Blur: Of course, his speed isn't all bad in this case. It'd be near impossible to make any embarrassing videos of the couple to post on the Internet! Legal Paperwork: So, is a marriage certificate and license from the Great Refuge legally binding in other countries, like the U.S.? Is Black Bolt a minister or a Justice of the Peace? 3 stars. Darn it, I forgot to bring a gift. Let me check the Wal-Mart registry to see if their names are in it....

	Like Russ, I liked Sue calling Reed stupid. I always thought it a bit strange that everyone would think Reed would put his son into a coma and NOT work to free him. Of course, he hasn't had a chance to do so. In this issue, Johnny growing up a bit more and Tony and Thor having their regrets were nice touches as was the fact that we weren't buried under pages of Scarlet Witch/Vision/Mantis/Swordsman/Quicksilver...Doctor Scott! Three stars.

	This was all a bit meh for me. I don't care that these two are getting married because we've hardly seen them together and we've hardly seen Crystal show any form of character. You didn't need to have a separate section for this. Why give me Reed and Sue chatting and not tell me where Ultron kept Crystal? That's great that Alicia is there, but Crystal was kidnapped and just suddenly rocks up for her wedding, no one bats an eyelid!

	Mantis getting pride of place at a wedding of people she barely knows? Sure thing. I'm surprised she wasn't maid of honour. I have nothing against Mantis, but in Avengers she's being reminded by Scarlet Witch that she isn't a proper Avenger yet, while at the same time every scene seems to have her featured as headlining the act? Someone commented hundreds of editions ago that it's like renamed "Mantis and the Avengers" at this point, and I don't disagree.

	Not only do we not hear "I dos," the bride and groom don't have a single line of dialogue at any point in this super-momentous wedding event. I can't imagine any criticism that could highlight the inconsequentiality of the Crystal-Pietro relationship more thoroughly than that.
