Driven mostly by Namor's anger and character (he's pretty much the only one in it) this is a terrific, action-filled, read. It's a pity this book was cancelled soon-after, this 'new direction' is pretty awesome. Namor is badass. 8/10

  That's one bad-ass bunny.

Running out of villain names at this point, I think.

Sure, piranha are freshwater fish ... but these were Dr Dorcas's piranhas, and for the guy who created Tigershark among other biological miracles, marine piranhas seem eminently realistic.

Another surprise super-villain revealed at the end of the previous issue. I wonder if they were so stupid then or they thought that their readers were idiots.

Piranha? He looks more like a reject from South Park's "Crab People" casting calls.

Is a super-villain really a "surprise" when he is making his first appearance? Or when his look is that ridiculous?
Those ships seem to be in pretty good condition considering that they were sunk in an atomic blast. And yet a torpedo explosion basically disintegrated one of them.
Jeez Subby is such a jerk right now.

The thing around Piranha's neck is goofier than what clowns wear. No surprise Namor loses his series shortly.

Am I reading a different Version of this than everyone else? In mine he called himself "Pirahna"...
I also found it quite annoying how much Namor was talking to himself. I thought we were finally through the era in which Comic book characters have to describe erverything they're doing verbally

Nope, can't take this Piranha guy seriously. Even Adam West would make fun of him. Geez, they must've really been reaching by this time, weren't they?

2 stars. I found it hypocritical of Namor to renew his war against the surface people while he's wearing a new suit designed by a surface man to save his life.

I really wish they'd handled this whole Atlantis being comatose thing more like they did Dorma's death. You really got a sense of Namor's grief then, which would be appropriate now, but instead he's just angry. And while being angry is understandable, without any further depth he just looks like a jerk.
