Gotta love a baddie with a goofy plan (freezing the world!). Enjoyable conclusion: Mixture of action and depth. Human Torch and Medusa aren't my fave characters, by a long shot, but I must admit I enjoyed seeing them as the leads in this tale. Johnny has always been my least favourite member of the Fantastic Four (although he was easily one of best elements of the FF movies). 7/10

That was weird morale: if you can't make different people accept each other, then make them the same!

  That was a lame ending...

So this canon, which very, very slowly freezes (well, ultimately fails to freeze) two people is somehow supposed to freeze the whole world.

Riiiiiiggghhhtt.

This must have been written by a female... Cause everyone changed whether they liked it or not and by golly it was for the better whether they realized it or not.

Keeping the Thing in shadow got ridiculous in the panel where it shows the ship and absolutely everything in the area is lit up like a Christmas tree and he is completely black.
So the master died 140 years ago, and since then his reanimated corpse has been there for 400 years...huh?

Gerry Conway continues to be just awful.

Medusa managed to find some pants between issues.

Whew. Dodged a bullet by changing them to human. Heaven knows that no man has ever done anything to harm other people!

For God-Master and his Entropy Throne!!!!

  Russ Says:

Let's see if I got this right. That entropy globe was able to reanimate that monk's body and get his brain thinking again, but wasn't able to restore life. Dude, I think he was restored to life! At least, I hope so about the reanimation part; even monks need to be able to get up and go to the bathroom!

I think everyone knew that was the Thing beating the crap out of Ternak's cronies from the shadows; even a dullwit like Gerry acknowledged that in the narration! But, did I miss something here? Like, why'd Ben leave New York to go after Johnny and Medusa, and how did he know to stop in the middle of nowhere, right where they were? He had to have been there well before one of them fired that flare.

And speaking of Ben, I wonder if anyone thought to pick up that gun that turned all those Chosen into human beings. Y'know, in case Reed might want to examine it and see if it'll work on the Thing, too? Hint, hint?

3 stars. Who else thought it was pretty refreshing that Reed wasn't around this issue?

  Katryn Says:

Let's turn them all human! It's not like Ternak said last issue that his plan centred around either changing the world to suit them or themselves to suit the world so they could take it over or anything.
.......
Oh wait.

There's a mention of something Johnny is needed for by Ben but beyond that...

I'm taking away a star for this one having such a loose and crappy ending.

Two stars.
