Issue Review
   December 3, 2015
Continues Iron Fist's quest for vengeance.
The end is kinda predictable, but a few points along the way are surprising.
Both this and the previous chapter are long on action and short on story/plot.
And the relentless fighting kinda drags a bit.
Maybe if both had been condensed into one issue?

Iron Fist reconsidered his form of serving justice, yet the circle of vengeance starts anew. Quite a story.
And that building must be a serious pain for the cleaning company…

Bloody awesome! My initial though was "what comes around goes around"... The ending opens so many doors.

If the first few pages had been as good as the rest of the book, this would have been a 5 star comic.

Triple Iron was a dumb bad guy with a dumb name, but everything after that was gold. After all these years of heroes voicing every stray thought they have it is refreshing to have one that says very little, with his voice anyways.
With the focus on Eastern philosophies it was cool to see that karma had destroyed Meachum long before Iron Fist could get to him.
After initially thinking the ninja was obviously a god guy trying to help Danny, the ending has me wondering if he simply wanted Meachum dead, and Rand blamed for it.

I was assuming that the ninja was from K'un L'un to see if Iron Fist maintained honor but also to assure there was still punishment, now that's up in the air. This is a good start to a character I've always liked, go read the Fraction//Aja Iron Fists if you enjoyed this. They are outstanding.

Well, I certainly didn't see that ending coming. It's tough to figure the motives of that ninja; he might've been from K'un L'un, or he had his own agenda. Either way, the ending, plus the daughter's vow, has made this a compelling series. (By the way, how the heck did she get to her dad's office without setting off all those traps?)

Also agree with everyone else about Triple Iron. Not exactly classic opponent material there, and although an intriguing idea to siphon power from his boots, Meachum should've realized there were at least two dozen ways that could've gone south. He must've been crazy like he said he was!

4 stars; almost 5 stars if not for the first few pages. I think only Spider-Man has had a stronger start for Marvel so far. How did Iron Fist not get popular with readers right away?

Guess you should probably have your own escape planned out better if you're going to murder someone on a mountain days away from any help.
