The Hulk stories start to get good. As much as I love Dardevil, I think at this point the Hulk maybe should've gotten his own issue back, and Daredevil could have taken his place in TtA. Daredevil isn't the problem, it's the villains. Hulk on the other hand seems to be getting at least one good one.
The Leader seems okay, but his humanoids are a little over of the top in my opinion. There's definitely potential for this second gamma-ray infected character to develop. And for a really interesting development, how about the president finding out the Hulk's identity! Now THAT could go in any number of directions!
So...the guards just give Banner a bottle of tranquilizers? The 60's were a weird time.
Also, It seems like this issue is the first where the hulk really starts to lose some of his intellect and become more beast-like i.e. the hulk we are all used to. I really liked this issue.
