Mostly quite ordinary. Made somewhat noteworthy by the attention given to characterisation of the protagonist. Cliffhanger is a bit clumsy, however. 5/10

These horror stories man, they really kill my reading momentum.

They're not exactly terrible, but they're not exactly great either. When I see a have a long run up ahead it takes the wind out of my sails. There's the occasional diamond in the rough, but I won't miss them when they get phased out. I think I'm approaching the end of Marvel's in-continuity horror era at this point, as looking ahead there seems to be a lot less than I am currently seeing.

Agree completely Kez. We just had that great Avengers run, then bam!, dracula for like 10 issues. I'm always checking the title grid to see how many left I have of these.

And yes, I know I can skip these if I wanted to, but I wouldn't have found CMRO if I had the ability to control the completionist inside of me.

The comics aren't slowing me so much, but the text stories are painful.

Heavy section of the Order, this. I don't mind Dracula that much, it's just, we're kind of overdosing on him at this point, too many vampire stories, and there's only so many ways you can spin the same yarn.

The first story was pretty good. The second was a borefest. The third? I am not reading a text story.

First two stories were clever, but as everyone else is stating... I ain't reading a text story. There are no pretty pictures to look at.

Man, the wife's death was telegraphed so far ahead of time that it was breaking in on the SOS from the Titanic. Gotta love how he just basically accepts that she's dead as soon as he sees her. Calling his boss instead of an ambulance.

I just really want Dracula to die and never come back, but sadly that won't happen...

Agree completely. While this cop story actually was pretty good, Dracula's so overexposed at this point he could be arrested for public nudity. He must've been popular around this time; no way Marvel would run so many Drac titles and issues for this long.

2 stars, but Lou Garver's story is actually a little interesting. But I think I know how this will end up anyway.
