Issue Review
   November 14, 2016
This is a long, boring story.
The first part is devoted to Ka-Zar fighting a dinosaur to save a unicorn(!!).
After that, his buddy Tongah shows up and we have to endure a lengthy dialogue scene which takes forever to get to the point.
And the point is: an outsider has brought trouble to the Savage Land. Again.
The fight at the end is okay. Ka-Zar impresses when fighting yet another dinosaur but it's too little, too late. Cut in half this might have been enjoyable.

Best Savage Tales issue so far - even though I think this was the last.

Not sure what you see in this issue, Calthor buddy. I thought it was decidedly average.

calthor - one of the best thing about this issue is that it's the last one ;-P

This was probably the hardest part if the order for me to get through. Decent story, but marred by repetition.

Umm...okay how do I ask this with tact...did Ka-Zar try to hump the lady unicorn? "Go to her, and do what I could not!" I just...*shiver*
How is it possible in this hand drawn comic book that that dinosaur at the very beginning looked like a man in a rubber suit? Doesn't help the illusion when Ka-Zar is punching it in the face.

What was Kloss doing when Stegron brought all those dinosaurs to New York in Marvel Team-Up #20? Surely a research scientist like him would take note of an event like that.

Did Ka-Zar actually try a karate chop on that dinosaur's head?

Also thought it was bada$$ that he cut that dino open from the inside after killing it. Crazy.

Interesting that Ka-Zar and Seesha had a history prior to her meeting Tongah. I wonder if that's the reason he incapacitated Tongah before taking off after Grieg. The story was a decent enough one; I liked Tongah calling out Ka-Zar for bringing in evil from the outside world.

2 stars. Won't someone give Grieg a hand?
