Red Skull makes a great villain, and the story is good. Great shock/twist at the end. But the art... is not good.

Gotta say: I'm kinda bored with the relationship/friendship/partnership between Captain America and The Falcon. They bicker, but they like other, and they never stop! Enough already.

7/10

I'm just not a fan of this crazy art, with all of the odd exaggerated positions. It feels as if all of the characters are overacting.

Definitely not a fan of this art but Englehart's story is very enjoyable and makes the art tolerable.

This would have been 4 stars without the weird art.

Now this is a formidable villain for Cap!

Red Skull is getting hardcore. Snuffing fools, torturing women. Good stuff.

I really don't like the art and Sharon Carter/Dave Cox's scenes are a pain to read. But this is clearly some of the best Red Skull-issues yet.

Damn, and my money was on Peggy being the sleeper agent. Good twist, I'm guessing that Falc was programmed while he was a guest of the Skull a while back. It was he who knew that Skull was going to the Capitol.
The art reminds me of Mad or Cracked magazine, where they would draw them just off enough to be able to legally get away with it. All that was missing was an "Eh" on Caps forehead.
While it was interesting to the angry Cap, I hope it isn't a portent of things to come. Like Superman, his good nature and optimism is one of his defining features.

Frank Robbin's art doesn't get any better with age. Hated his stuff in the 90's.

I think this may be the darkest in tone that the color comics have gone so far in the Order by showing the Skull torturing Peggy.

Englehart always gives me enjoyment but this issue was simply amazing. I would have given this five stars without the awful art.
What the hell was that doorknob-face in the beginning?
