Basically a solo Yellowjacket/Henry Pym story. By-the-numbers stuff. Itís fine. It just didn't interest me very much. 5/10

In regards to Henry Pym... "To Think HE Helped FOUND The Avengers!"

Yeah, Thor, it's something that makes all our heads ache in wonder now and then.

Thor getting angry over Moondragon was kinda lame, and check out that look on Beast's face lol!

Hehe, the cover says 'Prescription: Death!' and the inside says 'Prescription: Violence!', that is some seriously quick backpedaling.

Avengers is very good right now. Beast is awesome. Not keen on the dudes leching on Moondragon though. IM I get but not Thor.

That issue was all over the place. As always since he's been inducted as a trainee, Beast steals the scene!

I found this to be a pretty solid issue.

Sorry Whirlwind, I still remember when you were called the Human Top and I can not take you seriously. Don't worry, old Paste-Pot Pete is getting the same treatment.

  TheAmazingGatorMan Says:

Took Pym long enough to figure out Charles' secret identity. Lawd have mercy...

"The super-biz is like that, though." You said that twice. Really Beast? Normally you are quite astute.

I wish they had let Pym defeat Whirlwind. Beast punching him out at the last second was cheap.

My guess is that, as foreshadowed, Pym is going to be in some medical distress next issue, so it was more important to set up the effects of his size-changes than it was to have him beat Windy. Plus YJ was alienating everyone, so I guess they wanted to show that he still had backup.
Who in the creative team did Moondragon piss off. She's in like 3 panels and has two lines in the first 14 pages. Is she hard to draw for some reason? Because even in the panels she is in, she is mostly hidden behind things or mostly off page. You pretty much only see her bald head and the top of her cloak.

In which issue does Moondragon sue the Avengers for Sexual harassment?

  MattDog37 Says:

Didn't Reed Richards remove the time machine from Doom's castle? If so, why did Iron Man and Moondragon go to Doom's castle to check it out? That time machine is so hard to keep tabs on!

  gumchewspit Says:

The second half offsets the excessive jumping around of the first part. The art is pretty spartan here. Tuska is usually a bit better than this?

I totally cracked up at Beast's, "The super hero biz is like that," comments! Comedy gold!
Sad to see the Whirlwind will be back.

  Russ Says:

Not caring that much for Yellowjacket right now. His size-changing issues are nothing new, but having it be the cause of some direct medical stress might be worth a look. However, he still hasn't won much respect in the fact that he couldn't finish the job against a D-lister like Whirlwind. And he looked especially foolish when the Beast dropped Whirlwind with one shot. Yeah, I know this is being a bit harsh on Pym but we all know he's not exactly playing with a full deck here.

Wasn't it obvious that Iron Man took Moondragon on that venture to Doom's castle just to get into her uniform? He could never have gotten away with it in the Baxter Building!

3 stars, and kudos to Englehart who finally ended a years-long subplot that went on way too long.

Interesting, there are threads here that continue to this day and were addressed in the latest Wasp series.

Three stars.
