Null-Trons: Giant stone heads with metallic arms propelled by little jets and bent on destroying all organisms. Yes.

  Yay! Robots! Robots everywhere! Yay!

I cannot wait until Rick goes away. Does he go away? I sure hope so.

Null-Trons seem like a not-so-subtle nod to the flying stone heads in Zardoz.

So who are those robots on the front cover? Because they sure didn't look anything like that inside.
When Marv got powered up, wasn't the whole thing that he got enhanced cosmic perception? Yet he doesn't notice his mind changing, doesn't notice he's killing Rick, is twice surprised by groups of giant robots, and is apparently the only person that can't see Fawn. What exactly are those cosmic perceptions good for?

Duncanm, his mind is merging with Rick's. In other words: he's becoming stupid, and fast. Like the worst kind of dementia, and no cosmic awareness can prevent that. That said, the robot part was weird and kinda idiotic, but I really liked the rest of the issue.

This is actually moving too fast. So much crammed into one issue, it gets hard to follow.

So Drax DID realize that Thanos was alive and just took off, like I thought. Plus, killer Easter Island heads and Mar-vell is turning into Rick. Could things get worse?

Agreed. A little exposition could have helped some.

  This book in a nutshell....

"Mar-Vell, we're sending you on a suicide mission to a strange planet." "I can do that, it's my duty!"
"Mar-Vell, your commanding officer wants to kill you." "I got this."
"Mar-Vell, we're going to change your powers because what you have now sucks." "Bring it on!"
"Mar-Vell, your stories are going to be written by the worst writers and artists Marvel has to offer." "You guys suck, but I'll deal with it!"
"Mar-Vell, we're going to embroil you in a cosmic war with a rather nasty bad guy!" "Lemme at 'im!"
"Mar-Vell, you're going to share a body with a boy named Rick." "Don't you dare! Arrgh! You dared!"
"Mar-Vell, your mind is going to become Rick Jones's!" "NOOOOOOOOOOO....!"

3 stars. Figures Drax wouldn't stick around once he learned the truth about Thanos.
