Enjoyable between-adventures issue, showing the cast in the follow up to the previous tale. Nothing startling here, but itís fine. Broad strokes tell the story. 6/10

-I have to chuckle every time the man from the plains shows up in a comic book.

So the best Captain America/SHIELD/Skull story in some time was running in the UK while Kirby was laying ruin to Cap in the States. Amazing!

Having read several more issues past this one, it now occurs to me that, most of the time, Captain Britain is portrayed as a down-on-his-luck borderline incompetent little-league superhero, but when Captain America is around, Captain Britain shows him up by fighting him to a standstill, saving his life twice, saving London from a WMD, and dropping Red Skull off of a clock tower. Then he goes right back to the being the sad-sack loser he's always been, getting seriously spanked by a dumb macho bully and old poindexters who only became villains because people made fun of their crackpot ideas.
