Issue Review

Awful in many different ways… Another character who has never heard of CA. A street disappears and nobody has reported it?! Cap is written as completely ineffectual here: being told EVERYTHING by guest characters. Annoying guest characters. The Sharon Carter scene brings the series to a new low. It is insulting and the dialogue is horrendous. The villains plot to use The Falcon makes little sense, especially as they say later that THEY ALREADY HAVE a much better way of dealing with the ‘monsters’. Huh? Finally … who were all those guys Cap fought at the start? And why exactly did he force his way in like that? This comic is so bad, it’s actually fun to read and boggle at it’s stupidity. 1/10

-WTF is with this Texas Jack character? Damn, I hope he gets killed off! I don't wanna read anymore of his speech bubbles.
-Brother Falcon certainly got a power update this issue: "No missile in the Pentagon's atomic arsenal can match The Falcon in maximum flight!" Huh? He had to catch a ride just a couple of issues ago. Kirby's on krack!

I really hope Jacks run on CA is coming to an end soon.

Only the presence of Cap and Falcon separates this from a 50's monster story. Add an irritating texan speaking character and you get all the ingredients for a 1-star story.

Oh good grief! Sharon has had her character assassinated routinely, but Kirby takes the cake. What he does to her in this book is reprehensible.

Well, Kirby is certainly doing his best David Schwimmer's career impersonation.
