Issue Review

There’s a few things to like here: Firstly the story has an interesting villain driving the story. Mad but smart. Able to deduce who IM really is.
But even before that there’s a credible bond between the two men. Kraken seems to respect Tony’s opinion. Novel.
Second, the middle of the issue finds Tony without the armour and doing some detective work in an English village. Nice change of pace for this series.
Good ending, too. Discounting the oddball epilogue.
6/10

Wait, did boychic Iron man let all the people in the underground prison die? How boychic of him.

@Red... Lmao! I haven't heard that song in forever!!!!!!

I believe Trimpe plotted this, but it sucks, and Conway was involved, which isn't surprising. Go away Conway.

I never give comics an extra star for anything. I usually take them for what they are. However, despite this being complete crap, I have to add a star for Kraken putting two and two together on Iron Man's identity. Is Kraken the smartest villain in Marvel?

Finally someone figured out a super heroes identity... this is ground breaking stuff

Kraken actually had a decent plan. He knew he couldn't beat him so he got leverage, not bad. He figured out who Iron Man was. But If he was so smart, how did Tony sneak into his base and get his armor back. That and the last panel I didn't like. Tony is not that sneaky.

Some good ideas here, but completely wasted on a boring story
