The first half is devoted to the angst-ridden thoughts of the hero. And a chore it is to read. Endless self-pity disguised as character writing.
The second-half is full of action, but the villain who attacks is bland and uninteresting.
The final scene shows a full recovery for the team members that helped Tony in his most recent story arc, but - seriously - this could have happened between issues and been related in exposition. We gained nothing by having a full story devoted to it.
