Issue Review

RikerDonegal
   March 15, 2016
The attack at the start, indeed every attack, shows us a quirky villain in action. Sadistic, crazy, wise-cracking. The rest of the issue puts focus on the heroine, as she sets up a life for herself in LA. Marv Wolfman finds an acceptable way to get her involved with the villain we've been watching. 6/10

This was kind of a weird issue. But I truly liked it

Everybody involved here was just phoning this in. It seems clear to me that none of them were that interested in working on this book.

  Weird and disjointed.

What the crap did I read from Brother Grimm? His dialogue is pathetic.

I thought Brother Grimm was pretty awesome. He was quirky and mysterious. My question is why Magnus was afraid to tell the landlord that he and Jessica were just friends, but thought it was normal to share a single room and bed with his adult niece.

This was all over the place. Can't wait for more (sarcastic tone).

The writing and art and were very pedestrian and antiquated. Brother Grimm is more annoying than mysterious. I like Jessica Drew so I'm hoping for better.
