Issue Review

Genuinely touching conclusion to this dream story. Normally dream issues are rather pointless but this is better than most. Some parts don't work as well as others, like Samson's over reactions but it never fails to be interesting and entertaining. And it's a successful departure from typical Hulk comic. 8/10

Every time they rehash Hulk's origin story I'm reminded how terrible it is.

Why is the magician in a military installation, looking in on experimental phsycology being performed on a monster?

Usually "dream sequence" means good art and bad story. But, they did it well this time around.

At least Hulk has an accurate representation of how bad ant man was in his dreams.

Anyone else find it fascinating not only how the Hulk views the Avengers (Iron Man being an empty shell, etc) and how Marvel is weaving this story of the Hulk to the point of humanizing him this much? It's fascinating!

I enjoyed this a lot. The Hulk has had several deaths of people he came to consider friends, and it was done very well, showing why Hulk hates having friends.

Great insight into the mind of Hulk.
