Gene Colan's work in Iron Man really pays off in this issue. Good ol' Tony feels so powerful and dynamic... He really outdid himself here.

I liked Titanium's new look, specially the eyes, but can someone tell me what are Pepper and Happy doing on Washington, DC?

I'm never too sure about the roller skates. This time they work.

Green Iron Man vs Red Iron Man....... pretty much........not bad but nothing special........

I love the roller skates. You never know you will need them. You also never know when you will need an exposed live wire coming out of your armor either.

So the Adaptoid is an artificially created version of Chameleon, ooookkaayyy.

Gene Colan makes watching fight spectators worthwhile with a touch of realism in his detailed line-work. Pepper and Happy look more human than ever before.
Mother Russia displays it's mastery of human growth hormone: Ivan is so big now that Tony can roller skate between his legs like it's the 70s already and they're roller disco partners.
Tony pulls out a glass vial of "unstable freon" as a secret weapon, since of course "unstable" in 616ese means "fictionally in flux, and can have all sorts of properties beyond the ordinary."

Roller Skates..?!? This just isn't that fun to read.

Great fight, great cliffhanger and color me stupid, but I liked the roller skates. IM's got everything! 4 stars.

4 stars for the Titanic Titanium Man!!!

Bulk - Why would he need hormone pills? When he was the only person big enough and strong enough to wear the armor back in TOS 69!

Roller Derby - In the past Iron Man had four wheels on each boot. Now, it looks like only two. I don't know about you, but I think that would be harder to balance on!

'Nuff Said - "AMERICAN FOOL! You think to defeat the mighty Titanium Man with a test tube?"-Titanium Man

Awesome fight, with awesome artwork to match it! Really good panels in this one. The fight itself reminded me a lot of the climax of the original Iron Man movie. Was that the main idea? I wasn't very familiar with individual storylines from the comics when the first film came out.

Even crusty ol' Senator Byrd might be having second thoughts!

Even roller states look good with Gene Colan

About "Roller Derby": Me sinks, If you can balance out 2 jet-powered boots to fly like Iron Man, it should be child's play to balance on skates ;-)

Gene Colan's Art was fantastic in this one, IM never looked more fierce and powerful, also Pepper never looked more beautiful, that one close-up on P10P2 *.*

Sooo...much....text. Stan, please, Mr Colan is doing a fine job. You don't need to explain every panel

Definitely the best artwork and panels in the order so far. Gene Colan is fast becoming my favorite comic artist.
