Average as all get out, but it's a fun comic. Well worth reading.

The story is slight, and somewhat muddled. The first half is driven by an attack on the duo by another hero, but that is quickly forgotten for the second half which is driven by a different attack by a large group of anonymous crooks.

It's all a bit vague. The hero attacking the guys barely has a motivation, while the gang of crooks that shows up later is kept in the background. Who are they? What do they want? Why did they wait 8 months? Who hired them? Why did they - en masse - decide that now was a good time to attack?

Humour. There's plenty of comedy in here. And it all works well.

The characters are detailed, interesting and likeable.

6/10

-"Santa Maria!" Pretty standard fare here. Luke getting buried was slightly amusing.

Some nice funny touches here as Jeryn wants to get someone to infiltrate his private army of female bodyguards who have been infiltrated by outside interests. Things go all wrong when El Aguila launches an attack on Jeryn's Aerie HQ using his electric knockout blasts.

In the confusion caused by Aguila's attack, the infiltrators among Hogarth's women launch their own bid to take over the aerie by force, Aguila realises his mistake and that his attack has inadvertantly knocked out many loyal guards, but he teams up with Luke and Fist and the few remaining loyal guards and the infiltrators are soon routed. Several of the infitrators attempt to stash stolen loot in one of the helicopters and make a last bid to escape, but fist uses his punch to knock out the rotor blade and causes it to crash. One of the traitor guards attempts to take Hogarth hostage, but Jennie Royce saves the day by knocking her out with an antique china horse.

Bruce Banner buying new pants alone is enough to make this one a must-read.

I really would like to give this 5 stars, because it is so much fun, but it's just too thin. Jo Duffy really does have a great sense for dialogue and comedy.

I loved the Bruce Banner cameo. Kerry Gammill's art really makes these stories pop.
