Wasn't web-head Spider-man, the last time i checked?

Another lackluster alien race that trying a goofy invasion plan. The days of the Kree and Shi'ar are still a ways off.

ok, so what was the point of Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch's leave of absence?? I mean yeah they popped up from comic to comic for like a page..... what were they campaigning for the Avenger book??? I mean i could see if they got pulled from Avengers to go be in Tales to Astonish for a couple months but it really was kinda pointless........

Raistlin my guess would be that at the time Goliath and Wasp were coming back they were unsure about having the larger sized team, so they just got rid of the wonder twins for a little bit to give themselves time to think about what to do with the group as a whole.

At nearly 450 issues into the order, the whole alien invasion and android obsession is getting a bit tired at this point.

I didn't even know that was the legit Cap until the aliens confirmed it.

What do you get when you cross an android alien invasion with a bad X-Men villain? Evidently Avengers #36

3 stars for Ixar and the Altoids....uh, I mean Ultroids!!!

Location - So, is Transia the name of the village, or the land??

'Nuff Said - "I was taking on baddies like Colossus when you were runnin' around in short pants, making trouble for Iron Man!"-Goliath

Ixar says "leave no corner unsearched!" which is bad grammar AND ironic considering they are in a circular craft.

This was when I knew the Avengers would win in the end.

Bonus for Black Widow having BW embossed earrings so we don't forget her name

He meant to say 'Wing-head,' he's just having a hard time organizing his insults in the heat of battle. They just tried to recruit Spiderman a couple issues ago, so he must still be fresh in his mind.

What on earth is Natasha wearing?! And since when and why is she hooking up with Clint?!? She's too good for him! This is what happens when you don't read the Order in order.

+ Don Heck. His panel layouts continue to improve. I believe that may have been the first time we've seen a panel inside a panel like that. His artwork itself isn't too hot, but man, those page layouts!
+ Roy Thomas. Already we are seeing much more character development than was the norm.
+ Good to see Goliath back in control of his size.

+ I agree with the above posts, the heckling between Goliath and Hawkeye was really intense! The chirps hit home and were jaw-dropping on both sides.
+ Black Widow and Cap.

2 stars. Impressed with the Thomas/Heck creative team.

Well, the Maximoffs are back. And I'd hoped this was Ultron, but no. A couple of mistakes here, I'm sure others have pointed out: web-head instead of wing-head, Goliath inked as Cap when the very next panel Widow says Cap's not in the Ultroids' hands.
Also, this has gotta be like the third or fourth issue in a row when a character has told us they're blacking out. I blacked out once... you don't know it's happening. It just happens in - as the Marvel team would say - a microsecond.

Yet another random race of aliens. Wait, they already appeared in X-Men but that isn't obvious at all, and Roy Thomas might just have reused the star system.

Nice chain of people getting attacked from behind though.

"That was one maneuver those alien androids didn't expect! Hank ripped up the metal floor beneath their feet...and sent the sprawling!"

Yes, Roy, we can all see the art in the panel, right there next to this completely unnecessary exposition. It almost feels like there's more of this, along with people getting struck by lasers, looking pained, and telling us, the reader "Oh! I've been struck! and right now in the middle of this long sentence I'm blacking out!

On the upside, I liked the twist with the alien impostor, and I enjoyed the Widow being sneaky and avoiding capture (for a little while, at least.)

Hold on a second... who's the Colossus Hank is referring to here? I can't find anyone in the order who has that name except the X-Man and the title of the next Avengers issue.

  Shioxus Says:
  2017-06-18 03:18:57
Err. Sorry Henry? Whatever the heck Giant-man's name is. He says something about fighting Colossus, that's what I'm refering to here.

I really do appreciate the character development on Hawkeye. He really seems to respect Cap now. In that dispute with Goliath, he really only calmed down because Cap kept the peace. That being said, Ultoids seem slightly more developed than the Aliens of the Week we've been seeing. Not by much though. Hopefully Roy Thomas realizes that comics are a visual medium
