Hate to admit it, but I liked the cliffhanger and reveal at the end of the Fury story.

I am going to talk 1 and a half. I didn't read Sgt. Fury, but was aware of who the guy was (he is really only a surprise if you haven't read any Marvel previously. He is pretty well known.) I was surprised by the reveal.

Well, to be totally honest I also knew who's who. Sometimes I just feel like pretending I'm a teenager in 1967. Supreme's Hydra identity must have been a blast then.

True. When taken in its time, it was a really good reveal. I am betting most people did not see that coming.

I had not read enough Marvel previously: it came as a surprise to me, and a good one too. And the double-pager artwork was lovely too.

In addition, Dr. Strange is weird and psychedelic as ever, although I am not impressed by Zom's looks.

At this point, Strange Tales is one of the best series in Marvel. I really enjoy Fury's fight against Hydra and Steranko's art, while Strange gest more intense and surreal. Still, Zom look awfull.

For those reading only Spider-Man continuity: Spider-Man is only in one panel of this issue and it is not important to include this in your reading in my opinion

When the name Zom is on the cover, you know it's going to be a disappointing story.

I just wonder, was Spidey and Thor drinking a coffe when supreme Hydra came on broadcast? I didn't like very much this Strange..

For me this Shield marks a tidal change for the better and Strange's art is starting to improve.
