It seems like the good parts of the Daredevil movie came from Frank Miller's run. Most modern readers know the outcome of #181, but it is a tale told very well.

-Brutal. Kingpin is way too savvy to just dismiss what Bullsy was tellin' 'em about Murdock, though.

I don't know if that's the best comic I've ever read, but it's in the conversation.

Frank Miller is not the best artist or writer--not even close--but no one else up to this point has had as much mastery of the comic book as a visual medium for story-telling. This is truly ground-breaking work.

Looks so good. Also such an archetypal... refrigerator.

That was phenominal. I love that DD re-used Bullseye's dummy ploy from a few issues ago, and that Bullseye fell for it. I love that someone finally figured out a hero's identity more or less just by looking at a picture. The artwork, the writing, everything. Amazing.

As close to the perfect comic as it gets.

Needless to say, 5 stars. Just like everyone else is saying... as close to perfect as possible. Best comic I've read, or at least in the conversation. The panel where Elektra got stabbed... holy cow! Definitely borderline comics code approval!

Holy crap that was one of the best comics I've ever read.

Dis anyone else notice how close Bullseye's TV interview scene was to Joker's from Dark Knight Returns?

Top 5 issue in the order so far without any doubt.
