So AIM is back again. Predictable us of the LMD to explain Fury's apparant demise. Not much happening in this one honestly, but this looks to be a multi-issue arc, so we shall see how it goes. Not a bad issue, just nothing memorable.

Well, I have read enough Nick Fury previous to this that I saw this coming a mile away. Rated 2 stars out of lack of originality.

i really enjoyed this issue more for the character development. yeah the story was a bit obvious with the lets send another robot to blow up nick fury again idea but yes nice set up for the next couple of stories.

Yep, Sharon is a 60s Marvel woman. SO, of course, no matter how capable and competent, she needs rescuing.

Wait, did Cap just say he wont be the one walking out under his own power...
Wont lie, not a big fan of depressed Cap. Why doesn't he ask Hawkeye to go out for a beer or something?!

Another buildup issue, but looks to be a strong story. 3 stars for building up.

Um Cap, do I smell hulkimania here? My only chance is for him to floor me so that I can fall down and get my second wind.... Huh???

OK, this was corny and boring.

Just 2 stars for whiny Cap!

Sad Sack - Wow, Cap has the 1st IPhone, and he's still depressed!!

The Order - I guess this is the best fit in the order, but it's weird that the Avengers only mention Cap helping fight Diablo. And, not helping in rescuing the Black Widow...

'Nuff Said - "If I wanted to have dinner out--I'd have to dine--ALONE!"-Captain Dullard

3 stars if for nothing else other than Cap’s classic line:

“Only one of us is gonna walk out of here under his own steam – and it won’t be me!”

Man, they totally blundered that line, didn't they? Such a laughable mistake at the crucial "hero moment," I can't believe they let it slip through.

I'm with Cap though... I like him a lot better when he's in costume too! Boy, talk about your Debbie Downers... He's really starting to sound like a broken record. "So alone... Wish Bucky were here... There was that one girl... No friends... Blah blah BLAH!" Sheesh!

We should rename him "Captain Emo."

Also, I get the feeling that Sharon Carter was drawn by Sinnott, not Kirby. She looked too normal. Kirby's women have much rounder, flatter faces like that one on Pg4/P1 or that freaky-lookin' little girl on the opening splash page... Clutching her little dolly of the damned.

"Come play with me... For ever and ever and ever..." Yeesh! Creepy.

Uhmm, wait a minute. Let's get organized here.....

If SHIELD sent Agent 13 to infiltrate AIM to give them false information, and they were already suspicious about her.....and they send some attention-grabbing robot to kill Nick Fury based on that information, which is sure to attract the attention of someone like Cap, or Spidey or the Avengers....thus compromising her cover.....nobody's really thought this through, have they?

Oh silly Marvel and your 1960's plot devices!

That line really confused me, as a not-native-english speaking guy...
I had to read it 3 or 4 times before the thought of a possible print- or writing-error came to my mind...
BAD bullpen!

I think you are looking at it from the wrong viewpoint. Their viewpoint was maybe: How do we get the cover of Agent 13 blown up a 100%, so that we can get the "save the damsel" plot rolling for the next Issues?
