The big MODOK reveal and what an odd looking thing it is. Definitely creative! Fun ending to this arc. Enjoyed the element of AIM having to use Cap as the tool for their revolt against their own creation. Really elevated the threat that MODOK presents yet I am disappointed he was then disposed of by a simple gun blast. Good to see a strong female presence with the as of yet unnamed agent saving Cap during battle.

There was a good story in that one, but the execution could have been better.

MODOK! Not as auspicious a beginning as I thought for the iconic character, but it'll do.

Does Modok remind anyone else of Dark Helmet from Spaceballs?

Ah, welcome to the fold you ugly giant domed mutant. I'm interested to figure out exactly how you survived that little fireworks display.
After the agent saves Cap 2 more times he still calls her a 'girl' and she's the one that thanks him for rescuing her. And how many times can you say "And I haven't even told you my name" before you tell the poor guy your freakin' name!!

The art was absolutely amazing, specifically after MODOK was shot down. The story was great. 5 stars for the best Cap ish yet.

It was neat to see MODOK out of his chair. Decent Kirby out in this, and the story was pretty decent.

4 stars for the 1st real good look at MODOK, and...Yeesh! What an ugly mug!!!

Nerd Alert - Poor AIM, first their leader turns out to be the Supreme Hydra, and was just using THEM to distract SHIELD from Hydra. Next, they rescue the Red Skull, only for him to betray THEM. Losing the Cosmic Cube in the process. And, lastly, they create MODOK, only for him take over THEM!!!

The Last Boy On Earth - Years later when Kirby was working on DC's Kamandi. He had a villain that looked like MODOK, but smaller that Kamandi had to carry in a backpack....very creepy!!!

'Nuff Said - "I assure you I can use this weapon as well as any man!"-Agent 13

Nice arc. Modok was his gruesome looking self and Cap was awesome.

Nice cover, but it's too bad they spoiled the reveal of MODOK by shoehorning him into the lower-left corner!

So not only does MODOK have a devastating mind beam... His chair is powered by magnets!!

And that Sharon... What a tease! "We've defeated the enemy yet again and I still haven't told you my name!" "'My Fair Lady'" is playing at the Bijou, but I still haven't told you my name!" "Did you see The Beatles on Ed Sullivan last night? John, Paul, George, and Ringo! But I haven't told you my name!" "So I said to myself, 'Self, you haven't told him your name!'"

MODOK = Marvel Oddball Designed for Overt Kreepiness

And once again, AIM becomes Adult Idiots Mastered. What did you expect from "scientists" who look like they raise bees? Those kooky hazmat suits are really to protect them from themselves!

Fun issue. Sharon may be your typical Stan Lee female, but she's pretty good help for Cap instead of just waiting around to be rescued by him. Imagine the butt-kicker she can be once women in comics become actual human beings.

3 stars. Decent arc. Cap's modern mythos is slowly building.

There really needs to be comic series starring MODOK & Lockjaw

I've always like MODOK, and his reveal was pretty good. I agree with others that it was interesting to see him out of his chair. I didn't love the issue, though. I think it's living in the shadow of the Nick Fury series just before it in the order, and which told very similar stories, better.

Finally we see another perspective, because the "Stay back girl, I'll take care of this is really getting old. Otherwise nice story, at least it's not about Russia and the "commies" or even worse, "reds". 4 stars for this one as well.
