The Cap story is another START to end the comic story - and this one will bring Black Panther to the states to join the Avengers. I have to say that I like the fact that the comics are attempting not only to bring in a minority character - but also to turn the stereotypical Africa into one that is technologically advanced, even if culturally somewhat stereotypical. Not bad.

Pnather should improve the Capstory immensely. Cap is so much fun when he's in action. When he stops to mope-about Bucky, Agent 13 or whatever-everything just grinds to a halt. And the moping is coming too often lately.

Black Panther is more exciting then the main character of the story...... I really hate cap right now........

So the guy you're trying to murder is hanging from a rooftop by his toes. Do you A: "Throw a grenade at him" or B: "Pull him back up and beat him to death"? The answer is C: "You're a dumbass, just push his toes and he will fall to his death".
"I've never yet turned my back on a fight." Not counting the whole retiring thing 2 issues ago, and leaving the Avengers.
Appreciated the portrayal of the cops in this issue. They're usually relegated to crowd control. Even if the message was delivered a bit heavy handed.
I'm interested to see where the adventure in Wakanda will lead. Only one way to find out.

I loved the brief glimpse of Agent 13 actually looking like a real secret agent.

Great buildup issue, but a lot of unanswered questions, so. Hope the questions can be answered in this arc.

Not much to comment on here, except that I'm glad to see Black Panther and Cap teaming up next ish.

2 stars for the Black Panther making Cap better!!

Shy - How hard is it to ask a girl her name?

Undercover - Agent 13 keeps a pocket rocket....heh, heh...

Hi Tech - The control panel looks a lot like a Boggle tray!

Breeze - Cap, if you're going to go at Mach speed. You might want to sit down and close the capsule!!

'Nuff Said - "But the scent of man still lingers!"-Black Panther

The dialog in this makes it hard to enjoy, but I am curious to see the direction this story goes.

Nope, Cap would never turn his back on a fight. Except for when he retired. But that was over so quickly, maybe he's hoping everyone will forget about that.

You'd think with this "reboot" they'd change things around a little, but no, we get mopey Steve, hanging around his apartment. Come on, Cap! Snap out of it, soldier! You're a man of action, not a sad sack!

Regardless, a lot going on in this one. We get a brawl to start with, a PSA about your local police force, a guest star, Agent 13, and the start to a bigger mystery. I'm looking forward to see where it goes!

Did anyone else find it odd that Agent 13 calls Steve "Captain America" in her own thoughts? Oh well... At least she knows his name.

At least the series is attempting to run a few subplots this time around. We have three different threads going now: (1) Cap and the Black Panther seeing the sights in Wakanda, (2) The Syndicate still gunning for Cap, and (3) Agent 13 putting herself in a predicament that'll necessitate Cap rescuing her once again.

Extra star for agent 13. After Sif involved in a love triangle, Agent 13 is my favorite women in marvel (for now).

Wait, wait, let me get this straight. Last ish, the cops were pleading with Steve to go back to being Cap because of the gangs chasing him and the wannabes. Now they want him to go away? Make up yer freaking minds or yer gonna be on a beat on Yancy Street!
