Too bad the times didn't allow for Wasp developing a crush on the annoying Szaji...

I can't believe everyone was just immediately fine with turning down Handsome Doom's limited-time free-wish offer. I mean, I guess the stage for this was set when they all rejected his hologram during the fight with the Beyonder, but still. The story is starting to drag on but various omnipotent antics (including Molecule Man finally going ultra) are keeping it amusing for me.

That last page is quite explosive! I don't believe Doom could become less than human, considering he fixed his face, and he was singing folk songs for entertainment. That light that's possessing everyone... I have my thoughts on how this will end.

First of all, I enjoyed this issue a lot, and even gave it 4 stars. Because it was fun, easy to read, and sometimes awesome. But still, I can't get over the fact that everyone rejects Doom like that, because the argument is basically "no man should be allowed to wield that power". So basically, every god should be made to give up their power: here comes the first, Thor being made and enemy. But even if they can't destroy galaxies, some guys have the power to destroy worlds: and so binary star for example should also be made an enemy. And then every hero who can possibly destroy cities, and in the end, all superheroes should be given a leash or be destroyed. And there you have it, Cap was the father of civil war, and was on IM's side.

I think the gist of the argument was thay Doom kept enough of his humanity for the group to trust him with ultimate power.

Also, bonus star for the ending.
