The Hulk tears it up in this one. Wall-to-wall action, fantastic. |

Hulk feels overpowered here, even for Hulk. He's battling a world destroyer. I prefer Hulk as an upper level global hero, not a cosmic one. Now next time he battles somebody like Spider-Man and has any trouble it'll seem stupid. |

I'd have to disagree, Hulk can hold his own against Thor, who fights planets and is supposedly a god, so I don't see the issue with this. Any time someone like Spidey would go against the Hulk, he's not going to be dumb enough to fight on a physical Power vs Power basis, but use their intellect and acrobatics to try to keep the Hulk off balance. Plus the way Hulk actually took this guy our wasn't just a slugfest, but by playing some bait and switch. |

Not a bad story, but I'm already getting tired of Banner dying or almost dying every other issue. |

Good lord am I loving the Hulk right now. Pretty much constant action, with Hulk getting buck wild in every issue. |

3 stars for Hulk punching the Rocky Horror Picture Show movie poster!!!
Elvis - It looks like the Princess is shooting the TV!!
Calamari - The beings that created the Galaxy Master are some creepy ugly dudes!!
Gassy - Hmmm...the Hulk didn't need to breathe last issue when he was outside the spaceship...talking...
'Nuff Said - "Coward! Hulk will settle with you--later!"-Hulk |

I'm actually enjoying the Hulk more than I thought. He just wanders around, people try to control him, and then he winds up just punching them. Hulk don't care. |

The past few issues have seen somewhat cheesy villains and odd situations even for the Hulk, but there's been plenty of action and destruction. Basically, the Hulk is fun right now.
I understand that it'll be hard to do any character development at this stage, with the Hulk in space and the rest of the cast at an impasse. I figured that was one drawback to everyone learning the Hulk's secret; what do you do next?
3 stars. The story was so good, it even left Banner breathless at the end! |

Not really a fan of Trimpe's art in this one, and his squinty-eyed Hulk. I know he's with the book for a while and it's sort of a definitive look, but that and the meager backgrounds just leave me all "meh" inside.
I wonder if the Silver Surfer ever visited that planet? He and the princess could trade stories about being servants of world destroyers. It would be like when Data and Spock met in ST:TNG.
As it stands I was wondering who'd win in a fight... Galactus or the Galaxy Master. And then Hulk went and kicked GM's a$$. So much for that. I'd like to see Hulk take on Galactus now.
+1 star for the Hulk Hand Clap! |
