It might be because pollution and environmentalism are very important issues in my eyes... But this is a great story (and looks like not everyone agrees with me). Five stars, because this is the first time Stark sees the environmental consequences of his massive industrialist/capitalist empire.

The message to fight pollution is quite good. Unfortunately, a prevalent form of thinking today still coincides with one of the final statements; that there is enough time to figure it all out later.
Solar power as being a bad thing, and a catalyst for all the destruction, was amusing.
