What a mess. Really - this COULD have been a decent story. Get the Collector in here. Get him to try and capture Happy - and reignite the other side of him. Use Pepper as leverage. All good.

Now - throw them to a primitive other-dimension world where the natives are using a solar sword to capture their enemies.
You lost me. Perhaps it was a greater thing then to still lean on the old sci-fi. Dunno. But it seems so TERRIBLY bad in this age. On first glance it's like Thor has taken up a sword or something - then it just gets terrible. Really bad. Go back to the old Iron Man days.

I hadn't considered abandoning an issue and skipping to the next in a long time. That is, until I came across this insipid run of of Iron Man. You can't defeat me, poor writing, recycled plots, and lame villains! I WILL read every ever-lovin' page up in this b**ch!

Crude, this is just crude! This plot that seems to be taken out of a Doctor Strange issue works badly with Iron Man, and in itself it is written very poorly. I cannot give more than one star.

It had been a long time since I gave only 1 star, but boy was that issue lame. Plot, villain, writing, nothing was going in its favor.

This was brutally bad. Iron Man is one of my favorite characters, but I found myself wanting to quit reading and move on to something else. The main thing that stopped me is that I am a completist and refuse to fail on this project, and on top of that given the quality for the rest of the books I've read from 1970 the next books are likely to be horrid as well. I am really looking forward to the stories getting better again.

"they'll be time"... really? I guess not enough time to check grammar! My goodness, what a ridiculous uniform!!...I was laughing out loud....so far, second only to Boomerang. Art is typical Heck in a flurry; again, nothing special anywhere. The story is much better than art & the story wasn't so good.(2)

Yeah, I wanted to skip this one too, but kept on until the bitter lousy end.

How fitting I read this yarn while taking a putridly smelly crap. If I wasn't reading this on my tablet, I'd have wiped mya**with it. That's how bad it was.

Weirdly I kinda liked it. Anyone else seeing the two faction leaders as being He-Man and Skeletor? Maybe there was just something about the cheese I loved for some reason.

With having to star in comics like this, no wonder Tony develops a drinking problem.

I kinda liked it too. I just thought it was extremely rushed.

1 star more for Iron Man's douche move! If the Collector hadn't tried to screw over Iron Man....then Luminia would have fallen!!!

Credit Due - Good to see Heck drawing a comic again, but why did it have to be this one!!

Tribal - Hey, the Collector collects shrunken heads! (p5,p5)

Zip Code - This is the third Dark Dimension shown so far!

Princess of Power - @MrRsBB & duncanm: Yikes! It looks Val-Larr would fit in better with She-Ra!!!

I'll give it 2 stars. I thought it was surprising that the Collector didn't know what would happen with the sword. I also was amused by the second issue in a row to warn of the dangers of solar energy.

This could have been written about 5 years earlier, which is such a change given people keep dying in Iron Man stories recently.

Awkward story. This was probably a rejected Dr. Strange or Thor outing. And Iron Man was way out of character, even under the circumstances. Nothing to see here, move along.

1 star. There's just no seeing the light with this one.

The Collector is no different than any other trophy hunter. And I hate this character as much as I do trophy hunters in the real world. He is just annoying.

I see Stan has learned about solar power. Okay, learned might be overstating it: He heard about solar power, and made up the rest.

Between Solar Energy creating pollution last issue, and just being present in the atmosphere this issue, I think it might be the new "transistor" or "magnet".

For the record, I didn't hate this issue. It wasn't good, but it wasn't as bad as Human Torch, Ant-Man, Daredevil, or X-Men.
