Here's a couple:  Protect your eyes! It's too late for me...! (o ) _ ( O)  Thought this was interesting.. at first I thought it was a Star Wars reference, but then I realised this comic has Episode IV beaten by 2 years!

weird. marvel wikia has no information other then that the issue takes place on earth 20007. raising the possibility that each level of comic books in the marvel universe is a portal into another reality and therefore the possibility of crossovers between them.

Well obviously fictional Marvel wouldn't know his secret identity at least until he revealed it during Civil War so they probably made one up. As far as how he is treated in the comics, you could always check out a "genuine" in-universe issue:

but that doesn't explain why people are still afraid of him. fictional marvel comics must be writing very different stories then the real marvel comics or people would be more sympathetic to him and everyone would know his secret identity.
