The words "age 18" and "responsibly" rarely belong together in the same sentence.

I think I was already a functional alcoholic by that stage), this should be treated as a public service. Living in the dorms or around campus effectively lowers the drinking age to 18.. If you can drink responsibly enough to not get caught.

Panini took over reprinting Marvel and DC on Brazil, in the 80's and 90's it was a big local publisher, but they lost interest for some reason on the end of the 90's, I remember that there was a very confusing time with different publishers reprintig Marvel, until today I don't know if it was another universe or a reprint from a different time.
Today Panini prints almost all the comics one can find here, Marvel, DC, Manga and many local creators publish with them.
This checklist month's chacklist has reprints of (each line being one issue):
Fear Itself 1 Captain America 615.1, Secret Avengers 12 Iron Man & Sub-Mariner 1, Iron Man 1, Tales of Suspense 39; 57-58 & 97-99 Spider-Man - original issue not stated, but the cover is with a new black uniform. Astonishing X-Men 36 & 37 Wolwerine: Wolverine 10, Fear Itself: Wolverine 1, Daken: Dark Wolverine 9,1, Wolverine 1000 Thunderbolts 156 e 157; Hulk 35; Incredible Hulks 620-21; FF 3 e 4 Fear Itself: Spider-Man 1 to 3, Spider-Girl 1 & 2, The Amazing Spider-Man 648 and 662 Deadpool 30 and 31 New Avengers 11-12, Avengers 13 Ultimate Spider-Man 157 and 158; Ultimate Comics: Avengers vs. New Ultimates 3

Wow, man. There are places without bars? That's insane. That literally would never happen in England. More than three houses in close proximity? Open a pub.
