While we're on the subject--Any plans to cross reference creators? I.e. click on someone and see all the issues they worked on. I know I'd like to be able to look up Mantlo or Byrne, etc...

Criteria is working on 500+ issues. He did, you will start seeing his name a lot in the 70's.
Good name for a badge for him.

I guess his badge has named itself--"The Fill-In King!" Assuming he qualifies for one--not sure what your creator criteria is.

Wow! Captivating. and yes--depressing read. As a speech therapist myself, I'm quite familiar with the "no progress, no money" line from insurance companies. But, I have had mostly good experiences with therapies being approved, and when they are denied, I find it hard to blame it all on "evil corporations" only in it "for the money." Of course they exist to make a profit. That's why companies are started. (Definitely NOT trying to stir up a debate) Thanks Starnes, for posting this! I remember the name from when I was a kid, reading ROM. I had no idea he was the "fill-in king." I look forward to reading some of his other stuff from the 70s and 80s.

This guy wrote a ton of stuff in the 70's, and is really known for creating the Micronauts and Rom (Redsvetz take notice). Dude was in a major car wreck years ago and made an invalid. Here is an article on him. Man, really depressing stuff. http://www.lifehealthpro.com/2011/11/07/tragic-tale
