Don't know if this the right place to ask this but how do you unrate a issue?

One of the things I noticed I've been doing for a while is rating parts of an issue in my head as I go along, and then weighting and aggregating the whole in the end (qualitatively, mind you).

So maybe there'll be a good bit of dialogue or fight scene or characterization or plot point, and as I'm reading I'll remark to myself, "Gee, this is a 5!" or, "This is a solid 4!"

And then maybe there'll be a bit of conflict-because-no-communication nonsense and I'll think, "Well, that's a 2!"

Then in the end, I might forget about the 2, or I might feel it wasn't that bad, and give the book a 4 or 5. Or maybe it was particularly egregious, and so the book gets a 3 or 2. Basically, I make kind of mental annotations of 1-5 ratings as I go, and it helps me keep track of what the book merits.

Rating Ultimate comics is a little difficult. I mean when you read Strange Tales 156, then go to Ultimate Spider-Man 1, it's like a 10 star issue.

Just apply a sliding time rating scale.

Yeah. X-Men always rushed their stuff. There was hardly ever enough of a buildup to anything they did. Ultimate Comics: X-Men, meh. That's all I can say.

Even the latest issues of Ultimate Comics: X-Men are pretty weak by comparison to the others
