So as we all know, Phase 1 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe ended with The Avengers. Now Phase 2 is underway:
Iron Man 3 (2013)
Thor: The Dark world (2013)
Captain America: The Winter Solider (2014)
Guardians of the Galaxy (2014)
Ant-Man (poss. 2014)
The Avengers 2 (2015)

So tell me this, are ya'll looking forward to any of these in particular? What are your thoughts, i am excited about the prospect of Bucky coming back.

Avengers 2 is whay I'm most looking forward too, but outside of that, either Thor 2 or GotG. I'm excited by the prospect of 3 films per year.

Yeh me too, i am nervous about a 3rd entry into Iron Man but i have high hopes based on the new director. But for all others i think they have the chance of doing better than their first outings.

I'm usually not a fan of sequels or the third part of a trilogy, but once we move on past that, series really take off. Look at Fast and the Furious franchise (do I really need to go into Tokyo drift), they've been great. Fast and Furious and Fast Five were the best parts of the franchise. I think that PotC Stranger Tides was second only to the Black Pearl, and Star Wars, well look at it. Lucas was a genius to start with the 4th, 5th, and 6th part (just wish he would've left it that way).
So I'm not going to judge the franchise based upon Iron Man 3, as long as they don't stop there.

Thor should be good. I haven't watched Game of Thrones but I know the style that the director uses in that will look good in Thor.

Thor 2 should be awesome. I'm already a huge Thor fan as it is. He's probably my favorite. I love mythology, so it's great to have it in the Marvel Universe.

I'm really looking forward to all of them, with the possible exception of ant man who I hate with such a passion I wish he was a dc character and didn't appear in the marvel reading list....

Thor 2 is the one I'm really looking forward to, with high hopes for ironman as rdj is awesome when he gets to play himself on screen...

Iron Man 3, Thor 2 and The Avengers 2 should all be cracking. Captain America I hope is better than the first one, but I think I've coughed up things more entertaining than that movie so better might still not be good. Guardians of the Galaxy I read for the first ever time today, so I don't know anything about the property.

Ant-Man is the one that really interests me. I just can't get my head around why they're making it, I see no conceivable way that movie works, which makes me really want to see it despite Ant-Man being sucky.

Ant man could be interesting if done right. In comics he was always an interesting concept not pulled off very well.

And, now that I know gotg is going to be the modern version, i am kind of excited to go see it. Xythe, check out the modern version of he team. Much different then the classic version.
