Sorry, but the king of bad movies has to be Jesus Christ Vampire Hunter. Jesus teams up with a Mexican wrestler to save lesbians from vampires, and it’s a musical.
I dunno, that sounds intentionally bad which is a very different thing than so bad it's good. Intentionally bad is more like a parody, whereas unintentionally bad is like watching a huge, hilarious accident.

My favorite bad movie is
Dünyayi kurtaran Adam. Funniest garbage I ever saw. Plan 9 From Outer Space is nothing against this.
In recent years, I think
MEGA PIRANHA did a really impressiv job in showing how you can fail in every aspect of film-making and still be entertaining. Even the editing is hilarious.
But I haven't seen Troll 2 yet.
First of all, go watch Troll 2.
Second of all, you are so right about Mega Piranha. needs I mention the bicycle kicking scene?
When it comes to bad movies, though I gotta say that they sometimes depress me as much as they make me laugh, mainly because some of these directors obviously care about their work, and believe in it. Watching some commentaries and documentaries about bad movies makes you realize that in some sense these films amount to some poor guy's shattered dreams. For an example of this watch Troll 2 and then the Troll 2 documentary Best Worst Movie. It doesn't mean that every laughable bad film should've been a smash success, but it does help you to sympathize with the people behind them.
Wow, that was a lot of text.
