I just saw the new trailer and was pleased to see that Karen Page will be in this series. :)

I heard they were going to push it way back because of the Vegas shooting. I'm glad the release date isn't too far away (November 17th)!

I think just the announcement of the release date was meant to be at whatever convention was happening just after the shooting happens, but they cancelled that convention's Punisher panel.

Makes sense. Someone saw they cancelled the announcement and then proceeded to tell everyone that The Punisher wouldn't be coming out anytime soon. That's the way the "news" works these days.

I'm shocked no one has posted comments here about it yet. Anyone watching?

I'm working my way there. Currently in DD season 2...but also TOS season 1, rebels season 2, plus comics...so, it's taking time to work through it all :)

While DD S2 may seem like it suffers from TMNS (Too Many Ninja Syndrome), it all makes sense by the time you get to Defenders (after Luke Cage and Iron Fist). Stick with it.

Also... just finished Episode 3 of Punisher. Wow... pretty heavy stuff.

Look, I'll get through it because I'm a completist, but I don't like the character, this version of the character, guns, the tone, the theme, any of the individual bits, and aside from the occasional joke, it all adds up into an unpleasant thing for me.

Episode 5 ends with Frank bleeding in the general direction of death and, having not watched any further yet, so far, it makes for a quite pleasant ending to the whole thing.
