Heroes definitely deserves its own thread. Who was your favorite character? What did you think about the ending? I, of course, loved Sylar. His character was complex and creative. The ending was horrible. I know they had to rush it, I just feel like they could have done so much better.

I couldn't get past the second season... That Indian fellow running around talking about the "anti-dote" and the dumb cheerleader thanking her daddy for letting her borrow the Rogue was just too much for me.

I couldn't even get that far. I made it like 4 episodes into the second season and gave it. It was so much a repeat from the 1st season. Which is sad, because the first season was so good.

I only watched the first "arc" in the first season and decided that was good enough. As I understand it there are still even now a bunch of loose ends (yes?) so knowing there was never going to be resolution I was happy enough with the end of that first arc that I decided to call it a day. I did the same recently with Supreme Power. I found that that series plus the Hyperion mini and (strangely) the first issue of the ensuing Squadron Supreme series told a mostly complete story so I never bothered with the second issue.

I gave up pretty soon into it as well (3 or 4 episodes in I think). I’m not sure what it was about it, it just seemed kind of stale and old-hat to me. Like a re-packaged version of something I’d seen before, which is odd because I can’t think of anything like it that I’d seen before.

Do you mean the first season, or the second?

I liked the first season but man it went down fast after that. Curse you, writers strike!

I actually watched most (If not all) of Heroes. I enjoyed the first season.. after that it had ups and downs but was pretty horrible to watch.

I only kept at it because I was keeping current with it.. so I'd just spend an hour a week watching it. If I recall, it just sort of ended in the middle of a story and that was that.

I watched each episode as it aired pretty much. My wife and sisters all liked it so we all watched it together each week. Monday was dubbed, "Heroes night" at my sister's house.
