Christopher Walken. The set design. Enough heads rolling. Dark mood, but also humor (e.g. Depp's gadget's of investigation). In my books, the last true, good Burton. But I'll have to refresh Big Fish probably, since you all rooting for this one.

He had teeth shaved into points. What's not to like?

I'd totally forgotten about that aspect btw, definitely the best Burton movie, Sweeny Todd comes second.
