Watched it with a friend tonight for the first time. That was one of the best live-action 'superhero'-movies I ever saw, although there's no comic-book it's based on (you could argue it has borrowed a lot from Akira). Didn't expect the film to be that good after having wachted the trailer.

Chronicle was really good. I liked it not just because of the action, but because the character development was there. The 'villain' is really someone you can feel for. You hope he changes his ways. Also the way the story is told, from the POV of the video cameras that exist within that world, is really good, too.
