I know our non-US members could care less, but for the US residence, do you guys have anything good planned?

And for everyone else, please return to your normally scheduled forum and comic reading.

Oh we do care.

We just don't celebrate the signing of an illegal document ;)

Well, due to the 4th falling on a Wednesday this year I lost out on my days off this week. As a result, come next Tuesday (my next day off) I'll have worked 12 days straight. It sucks being the go to guy sometimes ;) . On the bright side, I've picked up a couple extra bar tending shifts so it will have been worth the effort.

We don't have any big plans today. We will have a barbecue this afternoon but that is it. The little kiddos are still scared of the fireworks so we miss out.

No plans today. Old enough to have been there and done that. I think I would like to sit by the pool tonight and see if anyone shoots off fireworks. Usually, our neighborhood has a pretty good display.

Tonight, I'm just hanging with my family at a community firework show the city puts on. Last year was the best though. I bought 1500 dollars with of fireworks and my friends and I put on an hour and a half show. Plus we had an hour of fireworks earlier that day for the lids. It was the best.

I blew stuff up Tuesday and ate lots of BBQ'd burgers and hot dogs, then went to the Mariners game on the 4th.. after that we went home and listened to Baghdad happening outside while watching The Patriot. We plan on going to some sprint car races and watch more fireworks.

It's looking like it could become a tradition. Got my picture taken with Dave Niehaus.
