EDIT: You would, of course, buy minced lamb for a shepard's pie. Where I expected mined lamb to come from I have no idea.

Political prisoners slaving away in the lamb mines of New Zealand produce the best mined lamb.

I doubt Princess Diana would have fought against the proliferation of Lamb Mines.

Saying it that way, it sounds like a field covered with lamb poop.

Watch where you step, there are lamb mines everywhere.

Looks like the courts have officially declared that Marvel Mutants (they are really specific about that) are not human....

Somewhere I can hear Prof. X cry.

So are we to believe that regulators are really looking and saying, "OK, this Magneto action figure is taxed at this rate, but Iron Man is taxed at this rate?" Why wouldn't they just put them all under the "non-human" banner for sake of convenience? And I hope it's not only the mutants which were exempted; surely the Inhumans would not be considered human ... :P

I think the ruled on just mutants. Sometimes Tax Code and the legal system just stretch the boundaries of sanity..

Marvel should just say that they only make toys of Skrulls.

Haha, excellent!

It's times like this that make you realise just how ridiculous the law can be. A bunch of people sitting around arguing about whether comic books characters are classed as human, and getting paid bucketloads of cash. What's the world coming to...

This is a ridiculous application of our ridiculous legal system. Is it a LMD? If it's an Iron Man, but the figure's a solid sculpt, ie not one with a face under the armor, how do we know it's not a sentient or independent animated suit? You can just spin around and around on this. All over what, taxes? Money and our legal system, screwing us over since 1776 (all times approx). Is a guy wearing a symbiote still human? I do almost want to protest, like with picket signs and the whole deal, b/c homo superior are people too.
