There's a lot of uproar about this being a recycled storyline from Punisher kills the Marvel universe. I don't see the big deal. These people are worse than wrestlers when it comes to switching alliances and friendships. Punisher's psycho, so it makes sense for him to take on the world if he feels he has a reason.

I'm with you there. I like the idea of event comics, but I feel that they should be used in moderation. That way the impact is bigger, and writers have more time to think their ideas through.

Optimally, I think that events should unfold naturally, as opposed to being forced into happening every single year.
