I was under the impression that neither of these stories were technically canon, like the rest of the titles under the Marvel Knights banner at that time (including titles like Silver Surfer: Requiem, Spider-Man: Fever, Captain America: The Chosen, and Deadpool: Wade Wilson's War, among others)

After someone suggested it I followed Marvel Chronology Project lead
If They have it there has to be some bases for it and so no reason for us not to trust their judgement: as far as I know there was no offical info saying it's not canon, There is no earth number designation for that story confirming it's alternate universe

So I personally see no reason not to add it (but I know others might see it differently)

Most Marvel Knights title are canon actually (except for the obviously named 2099 ones). It's the Marvel MAX titles that usually take place in another universe.

It's an "in-universe" newspapaper/magazine with articles about events of previous year.
So basically You supposed to read all

Various articles add nothing beyond recap of events, others fill in some blanks (but there are too many articles to list which i s which)

To tell the truth 1989 Year in Review was really cool, added lots of new knowledge, fill in lots of blanks and set up some basics for Civil War (yes, that's true. Civil War) but 1990 is not so cool, and has quite less impact, but it's quite quick to read (lot's of pictures in this newspaper)

@travis:

I'm in the middle of changes for Civil War that raistlin suggested

It would really help me If You could create new Story Arc called "Spider-Man Unmasked"

Bad news Travis: I've done a quick search around and it appears Deathlok v4 is a completely segregated story set in Earth-10014, which doesn't ever cross with anything else. As is, I would say it belongs only in the Expanded Order.
