Could you get away with adding just those 4 issues, or would you have to add a bunch to make the character from those issues make sense?

As far as I can see (based on internet search) the main characters from "Timesmasher" appear only in those four issues (with the exception of Merlyn, which you already have listed)

I vote for including them.

and now for something comletely different: at the begining of Iron Man 5 we can find out that Tony came back from Europe (iron man 4) just "a heartbeat ago". that means Iron man 5 should be moved before avengers 58 (anywhere between iron man 4 7 avengers 58)

I just finished the first little run of Dracula Lives and I have a couple thoughts. Firstly, I'm not necessarily suggesting they be split now or ever, but since that seems to be the ultimate goal I figured I'd put my ideas down while they're fresh. The way they work together is as follows:

1a "A Poison of the Blood" (present day) - 2c "The Voodoo Queen of New Orleans" (present day) - 3c "Shadow in The City of Light" (present day) - ?

1b "Suffer Not A Witch" (flashback) - standalone

1c "To Walk Again in Daylight (flashback) - standalone

2a "That Dracula May Live Again (flashback) - 3a "Lord of Death...Lord of Hell" (flashback) - 4c "Look Homeward Vampire" (flashback) - ?

2b "The Terror That Stalked Castle Dracula (flashback) - standalone

3b "Castle of The Undead" (flashback) - standalone

4a "Fear Stalker" (present day) - standalone

4b "This Blood is Mine" (flashback) - standalone

Since they're mostly flashbacks its not a huge deal to keep them together or work them into the rest of the order perfectly, but the continued present day arc starting with 1a should be a complete unit. It's also possible that there could be further stories connected to these later so i'll amend this list if/when necessary.

On a side note, there is some really incredible art/artists in this title (most notably Alfonso Font on 3c), I wish they could get some of these guys over into the mainstream titles.

Am I seeing this wrong, or do the events in Avengers 95 and Amazing Adventures 9-10 directly conflict with each other. They both tell completely different versions of Black Bolt recovring his memory.

I was about to just start spouting off about this conflict--good thing I searched first.
Amazing Adventures 9-10 need to preceed Avengers 95. On the last page of AA 10, Avengers 95 is referenced as an upcoming adventure, and it's indicated that they'll try to paint themselves out of this corner at some point by connecting the two stories in some way. Does anybody know if this was this ever accomplished?
My solution would be to just forget that the "phoned in" Amazing Adventures title ever existed. :D

I have read pretty far past this point, and the discrepancy was never explained or even referenced. Just was.

It's me, Your Friendly Neighborhood Savant, again. Here are few more inconcistencies I've found:
1)in FF 84 we see FF comming back from visiting Inhumans (FF 82-83) but in between we can see reed richards in incredible hulk 105 and Thing in Sub-Mariner 14
2)on the same note all internet sources says Incredible Hulk Annual 1 should be before FF 82-83 and that make sense. At the end of FF 83 we can see Maximus with Falcona, Leonus and other rebellious Inhumans escape great refuge in a rocket, but in Hulk annual they are again inside great refuge. It makes more sense if Incredible Hulk Annual 1 is first appearance of Falcona, Leonus and friends, they are captured, then (behind scenes) maximus take over and is stopped by FF (cover dates confirm that)
3) in Amazing Spider-Man 71 Quicksilver is looking for Avengers but Jarvis says they are in Africa, which doesn't happen till avengers 61
4) in Iron man 9 Tony fights Mandarin and they both mentioned that everybody believed mandarin to be buried under his castle after Incredible Hulk 108. That means Iron man 9 should be before Incredible Hulk 114 (next appearance of Mandarin)
5) there is subplot concerning Black widow, puppetmaster, mad thinker, egghead and many more which should be read only in that order: Captain marvel 12 (capture of Black widow), avengers 63 (rescue by new golliath), iron Man 14, Sub Mariner 14, Captain Marvel 14, avengers 64. Also daredevil 52 should be between Avengers 63 & 64
6) rick jones visiting Betty ross in Incredible hulk 111 while he should be mourning Captain America
7) although cover dates says different Marvel Super-Heroes 19 shoul be before Incredible Hulk 109 because in MSH Ka-Zar deicdes to stay in Savage land for good
8) at the begining of iron Man 9 tony just finished reapiring the damages after his fight with gladiator. that makes all his appearances (in armor) between IM 8 & 9 highly inpropable
9) X-men appears in Sub mariner 14 inside some lab (see some scientific equipment) while in the order they are waitng on the desert after a fight with living monolith (between x 56&57)

Here are my order suggestions (feel free to use them):

703 Iron Man 8
Marvel Super-Heroes 18
Daredevil 47
Sub-Mariner 9-11
Daredevil 48
Dr. Strange 175-177
Captain America 110
Marvel Super Heroes 19
Incredible Hulk 104-108
Sub-Mariner 12-13
Iron-Man 9-13
Incredible Hulk Annual 1
Incredible Hulk 109 - 113
X-Men 53
Captain America 111-113
Incredible Hulk 114
Dr Strange 178
Avengers 61-62
Amazing Spiderman 68-71
Captain Marvel 10-12
Avengers 63
Iron Man 14
Sub-mariner 14
Captain Marvel 13-14
Daredevil 49-52
Avengers 64
X-men 54-56
Fantastic Four 82-83
Thor 160
I double checked everything but there is still posibilty of human error - in that case please forgive me.

And one small thing I've already wrote about:

Well, that took some time, but all done

I've recently found some 1980 "leftovers" (mostly short one-shot stories attached to reprint comics):

1. Marvel Treasury Edition #26: "At the Sign of the Lion" starring Wolverine & Hercules
2. Marvel Treasury Edition #27: "Joyride Into Jeopardy" starring Angel
3. Tales to Astonish v2 #12: "Double Vision" starring Vision
4. Tales to Astonish v2 #13: "Deadly Game!" starring Nighthawk

Also missing
5. Tomb of Dracula #6
but probably You had it listed later on.

Also:
What If, despite being out of continuity, had interesting backstory "Untold tales of marvel Universe", presenting things from Marvel Past:
6. What If #23 "The First Celestial Host!" (Celestials)
7. What If #24 "The First Eternals" (Eternals)
8. What If #25 "The First Uni-Mind" (Eternals)
9. What If #26 "Outpost on Uranus" (Eternals)
10. What If #27 "Kree Encounter!" (Eternals)
11. What If #28 "New Life" (Eternals)
12. What If #29 "...The Search for the Great Refuge!" (Eternals, Inhumans)
13. What If #30 "Moving Day!" (Inhumans)
