Quick Expanded Order tech support question if that's ok: I see some issues are marked as Essential. Is there any way to look at just the Essential Expanded Order books? I know you can do that with the Main Order.

I just wanted to check and see if I missed any Essential Expanded Books along the way.

No. Essential is only for the main order, as a way to shorten up for those who don't want to read everything. Expanded order is, be definition, the opposite of that.

Ok... I only asked because multiple issues that are included in the Expanded Order are currently marked "Essential".

Rephrasing, is there some way to see a list of other non-Main sub orders by Essential comics? Say Golden Age Essential? I only ask the follow up because I'm not really asking so I can only read essential books. I just would like to see a list of which books are marked Essential.

I don't remember if we have discussed this before, but dano357 brought up some questions to me that might need a group discussion...

how are we planning to handle Spider-Gwen and Gwenpool???

I'm guessing Spider-Gwen goes into main based on the small universe that interacts a lot with 616 (e.g. Squadron Supreme).

I don't know enough about Gwenpool to comment. Are her adventures in 616/prime or is it a totally unconnected title?

EDIT: from what I could glean over in the internet, it appears that her adventures are mainly set in the main universe, so I'm not sure why there is any confusion. She's no different that other multiversal castaways (Howard the Duck, Bishop, Rachel Summers and so and so)

Travis, I just saw that when you tried to implement the following, something got messed up.

Moves

The Arrow #2 to follow Marvel Mystery Comics #3e

The Arrow #2 is currently right after Amazing Man Comics #5a, but it should be after MMC #3e.

Edit: Even stranger, if you go to the Expanded Order and click "Start at the Beginning," The Arrow #2 doesn't even appear.

Travis, this hasn't been fixed correctly. You moved The Arrow #2 to right after Marvel Mystery Comics #3d, but it's supposed to be after #3e (which is listed earlier than #3d, since #3e continues American Ace's story from MMC #2e).

Updated!

Additions
Most of these are stories I could add to push part 4 as far as fragsel's latest big update. Beginning with Spectacular Spider-Man #171, everything following that has been added, covering roughly 1991. That's everything in the main order up through the end of fragsel's latest big correction, everything in Part 22 in his "Not Necessary" thread, and stuff from 1991 that he isn't including in his thread (mostly Willie Lumpkin strips in Marvel Age, What The--?!, the last few Heathcliff stories, and a few other odds and ends). I also added the following to parts 1 through 3:

Comedy Comics #10p (Jun 1942); Kid Columbus
Strange Tales #11e (Oct 1952); Peter
War Comics #30d (Dec 1954); George III
Battle #44c (Jan 1956); “Fortune of War”; Charles VII
Giant-Size Master of Kung Fu #1b
Giant-Size Master of Kung Fu #1d (I must have missed these when the big split happened)
Crisis on Infinite Earths #5

Moves
The Arrow #2f still needs to be moved to follow Marvel Mystery Comics #3e
Fantastic Four #4 to follow #3
X-Men #54b to 57b to follow X-Men #59
Giant-Size Chillers vol. 2 #1b to right after Captain America #181
Captain Marvel #36-7 to follow Doctor Strange #9
Mighty Marvel Western #37d to follow Captain Marvel #40
Spidey Super Stories #5a-5f to follow Mighty Marvel Western #37d
Dracula Lives #8a, 9a, and 8b to follow Giant-Size Master of Kung Fu #1d
Dracula Lives #8c and 9b to follow Giant-Size Man-Thing #2
Dracula Lives #9c, 9d, 10a, 11a, 10c, 11d to follow Power Man #23
Dracula Lives #12a, 12b, 13a, 13b, 13d to follow Amazing Spider-Man #140
Captain America #161-162 to follow Captain America #160
Defenders #35 to follow Defenders #34
Omega the Unknown #1-2 to follow Defenders #35
Defenders #36-38 to follow Omega the Unknown #2
Conan the Barbarian #65 to follow Defenders #38
Marvel Spotlight #26 to follow Conan the Barbarian #65
Marvel Presents #4-7 to follow Marvel Spotlight #26

Other Corrections
Changed Comedy Comics #10c to 10k
Comedy Comics #10d to 10l
Comedy Comics #10e to 10m
Comedy Comics #10f to 10o
Mitzi's Boy Friend #2d to 2e

Removed Battle Action #26b (I discovered it's a reprint of Combat Kelly #33's text story)

Updated the numbering in the parts 2-4 threads as a result of the above additions.
