I'm also eeally curious as to the reasonkng that dark disciple comes before son of dathomir.... both are based on clone wars series scripts, so i wonder if this is just based on how they plannd to produce them , or if there is actually anything in-story that confirms the placement.....

On clone wars, I started watching through the episodes the way many chronological orders have it, and it flows pretty nice this way as opposed to straight. Changed my mind cause it seems this is right.

On the other, I just based it on how it came out and how other people have it for now. I haven't gotten that far yet (still plowing through clone war episodes). Do you think it works better the other way (I am guessing you have read these, so you probably know better)

I agree with you, Travis. I haven't encountered anything in my viewing that says I should be watching it in production order. I find it to have a better flow in chronological order and gives the clone troopers more character development early on.

Also this might shed some like on Dark Disciple and Son of Dathomir:http://www.starwars.com/news/star-wars-the-clone-wars-chronological-episodeorder

Son of Dathomir occurs in the middle of the Dark Disciple novel. I'm assuming that Dark Disciple is placed after because it's ending events take place after SoD.

O wait ... I miss read you guys. It's placed before because it's starting events take place before SoD. They pretty much over lap.

Hmm ... Thinking about it I would place SoD before DD because of DD containing events after SoD.
