Doesn't that bring those minor events into the canon timeline though?

@travis..... I must say, it's kinda amazing at how fast you seem to get thru the books of both this order and the star trek order....

I read really fast, especially when the books are good. If you see me sitting on a book for a long time in one of the orders, it's cause I hate it or find it boring. I've been on rogue planet for a while, cause it's pretty damn boring. And harbinger took me forever to get through.

But these Canon books have been really enjoyable, as was the Discovery novel. And I'm totally into the post show enterprise novels.

yeah, I like the patch of books and short stories that deal with the canon version of the Rise of the Empire... especially cause it is a great build up to the Rebels show...

when you get to the first Season, you are going to burn thru the junior novels in a few hours... lol... but some of them really add a lot to the first season, particularly the Servants of the Empire series.....

keep in mind, of this first batch of CEU novels, this was the first one released....

so it does different things then the last novels... it introduces new characters, and new ideas..... for instance, there are female Stormtroopers...

outside Kanan and Hera, Rae Sloane is introduced... who seems to be directly connected to Snooke and the First Order...

I really liked it. And, it adds a whole lot to Spark of Rebellion. Especially when he you hear the Obi-Wan message the first time in the cartoon. Having heard Kanan talk about it/think about it, it gave those scenes a lot more weight. Also, Hera and Kenan were a lot more interesting together in the cartoon having their backstory.
