I saw a tag on Marvel for Villains for Hire. Is this just marketing or is there a series/group coming?

They released some teaser art the other day, which is what I saw, but still no real explanation.

Arg! They can't seem to leave anything I like alone!
First New Mutants hits a stride I really like and it gets caught up in Fear Itself.
Now the new Heroes for Hire, which was really good, gets Villains for Hire AND caught up in Fear Itself.

I've always wondered where evil villans used to hire their henchmen... I was thinking perhaps ex special-ops teams or something like that but I wonder if someone really did want to build up their own henchman army whether there would be many logistical problems with this.
