Thor #146 you have Black Bolt and his family listed as appearing in the 2nd story of that issue but the only appearance of them is a picture and they are not really in the story at all.

Thor 154 you have listed as Harokin's first appearance but he first appeared in Tales from Asgard in Thor 129.
