Highly recommend this show. Makes me laugh out loud sometimes, and I am a tough audience. About halfway through the series on Netflix. If the premise (Canadian trailer park criminals in a sitcom with a documentary filter) doesn't grab you right off, give it a few episodes. All fiction is about bonding with the characters, and I genuinely like these guys.

I saw it on the suggestions. I might have to check it out. I'm going through all of Scrubs right now, that will be my next stop.

Some people just don't get that type of humour. I love it, but my girlfriend, while understanding why I find it funny, just doesn't get it. Same with It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia and Parks And Recreation.

This show is pretty hit and miss with me. Some are genius, some are shit. I do say "cigrits" now in honor of Bubbles.

Never even heard of it until now. I thought it was a music group until I read the post. I'll have to check it on through Netflix. I've watched a lot of crap shows.

In my head, I always mix The Trailer Park Boys with the Jerky Boys for some reason.

Now THAT sounds like a gay porno.

I think I am the type that just doesn't get this type of humor. I tried watching Parks and Recreation as well and it didn't appeal to me. It is too much like The Office, which is very hit and miss.

*Head just asplodes all over the place*

Comedy must be highly personal. P&R and The Off are both so much more hit than miss that I don't even know that they do miss. I think for me at lest, all shows are really about bonding with the characters. I initially didn't like many shows that I now rank among my all time favorites: King of the Hill, Scrubs, The Off, and Arrested Development to name a few. I'm a tough audience, but once I care about the characters, I enjoy the show.
